Onions from last season

Due to illness in family we didnt lift all our crops last season. Ive been reclaiming / weeding and all the last seasons white onions have survived/ feel firm and are sprouting.......what should/ can I do with them?

slice them and freeze them if you plant them they will go to seed almost straight away glad your better and back in the habit as they say

Thank you...Ill sort tomorrow :)
Never thought of freezing onion. MIght have play with deydrator. Variety is Sturon....impressed it did no well in circumstances
