Teesside: Allotment Break-Ins
« on: March 07, 2017, 14:07:54 »
More allotments have been vandalised in Guisborough over this past 2  nights.  Greenhouses smashed - the disabled old gentleman whos greenhouse it was is so distraught as it was his lifeline.  This is the seventh or eight weekend in a row for various sites around Guisborough.  I don't know about surrounding villages.  Please share on social media and your site members if you live in the local area.

i feel your pain we had 70 sheds done 3 weeks on the spin we think it was the local ironmonger the made a fortune out of us 140 hasps and clasps  jokes aside this is getting the norm across the whole country this sort of mindless vandalism should be top of local police agenda and stiff sentences  should be given out however in the real world nothing gets done as i say i feel your pain

Build a set of (medieval) stocks. Let the local paper publish pictures with your secretary "demonstrating" their purpose. Suggest to local parents that its the first place to check if little "Jonny" (or Jo-anne) is late home.
