Topic: Scotch Bonnets

Made prawn and chicken creole using two of my scotch bonnets tonight. Half of one should have been enough so they aren't too hot. Maybe picked them too early.

One year I grew scotch bonnets from seed I purchased online. They had relatively little heat😡. It was when I revisited the web site I read other reviews and we all seem to have been sent the wrong seeds. They looked similar to scotch bonnets but they weren't!
I have read that too much watering makes them milder. I hope yours get hotter😱
