Roquito chilli pepper pearls
«

I am not a big pizza fan, but I really enjoyed the one we just ate. It had Roquito chilli pepper pearls on it. Can anyone point me to a source of the seed? They were a little larger than garden peas.
thanks

ROQUITO is a brand name for imported jalapeno peppers from South america. They are believed to be brine pickled and if seeds are present, unlikely to germinate (but never say never!) Available in three sizes to catering producers.
