Consumer Rights Act 2015
« on: April 19, 2017, 06:09:06 »
I would like to remind everyone that if they purchase things online it is covered by the
Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Trading Standards can be very helpful.

Do not let traders rip you off, or try and pull the wool over your eyes with their terms and conditions.

If you are unhappy with things you receive and this includes plants then the Consumer Rights Act 2015 is there to protect you.

I received some heavily mildewed lily bulbs from Sarah Raven :(

Phoned to explain and they immediately said they would refund to my card, as they had no more stock.
Well done them - fantastic customer service, unlike some of the other well-known companies I've had dealings with!
