Is not responding.....

I am having a huge problem this morning.  Almost every web page I try and download is coming up Is not responding....

Probably about 95% at the moment.  ITV new pages seem ok but BBC getting nowhere.

Rebooted seems to be ok now.

Real drag because everytime I restart I have to reset mouse pad settings.  I do hate Windows 10.
