Where did you get the Highland Burgundy Red from? They look gorgeous! I don't have a proper red in my collection yet but I'm inundated with purples... :)

Interesting about the colours.  The yellow potatoes seem to stay yellow.  The reds and blacks contain a whole lot of colours in their tps offspring.

They are commercially available from a couple of UK sources.   :sunny:  Pretty potatoes, but floury.  There is a red waxy potato, but I can't remember its name.  Low yielder unfortunately.

Red Emmalie has Red Burgundy in it's pedigree, I thought a better flavour and eating qualities than RB.

Gorgeous black purple colour on the cut one in the middle, I didn't have any so intense or fully coloured from the ones I grew.
