Bird bath
« on: August 10, 2015, 21:37:41 »
I moved my bird bath at the allotment next to the water tank, as was fed up with carrying water every day.  So tonight after filling it up, my friendly robin was having a lovely bath in it, and a baby thrush was drinking from it.  Haven't seen many birds use it before, so was pleased that my effort was appreciated. Always happened when camera is left at home.

Sounds like you have found just the fight spot to tempt them in  :icon_cheers:  perhaps they feel just that little bit safer in the new location.
