No natural light office plant
« on: April 08, 2015, 10:50:02 »
Apart from spider plants (which have been without natural light since August and are still doing fine).
What plants can I keep in my office without natural light?

Would Facilities Management be up for slipping in a Grolux tube for you? Worth a thought?

If I were that important then I would have an office with a window!

Mother in Laws tongue would be worth a try. I've had to bring mine out of the conservatory where there was lots of light to a dark corner in the sitting room.

I have a lovely fuchsia which has not stopped flowing for about 15 years summer and winter.   Brightens up a dark corner.  No need to water.   Very realistic. Silk.

What about a full spectrum light bulb?  Good for you too.

Hi, you might get away with maidenhair fern. They seem to grow in caves with only mimimal lighting. Like it a bit damp though, so keep damp and fed.
