Steamed sea bream with spring onion and ginger

Beautiful looking dish.
What about stir fried Pak Choi and sweet red pepper cooked with a little garlic and a little dash of soy sauce. Finished with a small drizzle of roasted sesame oil?

yes i've got pak choi. The garlic is out unfortunately as it's for my aged Ps

Looks  a stunning plate of food,sometimes all the flavours are in what you see and plain rice as a side is enough.

or simple steamed veggies.

it went down a storm, unfortunately I didn't have any, so i'm doing it again for me tonight. i did coconut rice and stir fry veg with it
