Welcome to a4a.
There's not much frost about at the moment, doesn't it come with instructions?

Not as such, just lots of do's and don'ts about blowing yourself up! Nothing about assembly at all. There's a tank on the bottom (obviously) but nothing to say how to get into it. I've tried to see if anything unscrews but nothing seems to and I don't want to force it. I just hoped someone else may have one and can tell me.

Sorry, I don't have one, someone else might though. Have you tried the manufactures site, perhaps they have some more information?

That grey/white metal top should just twist to relieve the fuel compartment. You probably have to take the glass off first...lift the metal ring up that is holding the glass in place with the spring...you should able to take the glass out now.
See that horizontal gap where the wig adjustment 'bit' is...the top will open up when you twist it so that the 'bit' will slide out of it.
Being new, it all can be quite stiff job to twist...and later on when/if you get bit of rust or soil in between the 'lid' and container...same again, all goes very stiff... :BangHead:
I don't have that exact same model but something similar..and mine opens by twisting action...like opening jar lid.
Once the 'lid is off...the actual burner part with wig should just lift up...or again taken out by untwisting the lot..and you can pour the paraffin in.

That appears to be a Duplex burner, and if my forty year old memory holds good, is a left hand "thread", although thread is too precise a term  for the spline like locators. A little Vaseline wll help next time....

goodlife.... you were right! They finally sent me some pictures and this is the key bit. Trouble is it had to be prised off with a screwdriver and until I was sure I didn't want to try it. Thanks for your help.

Image not showing, don't know why, sorry.
