Mother in Laws Tongue

I've never seen Mother in Laws Tongue flower before. This appeared about a week ago and I've had the plant about 6 years, it's not flowered before

My plant I separated from it's 'mother' 20 years ago...since that I has flowered three times. It doesn't do any harm for your plant so enjoy while you can..though it does 'hang around' quite a while.
