Don't forget West Coast Seeds, their varieties are best  for my area which is almost the same as yours, try them online they have a great planting guide too.

Not a seed site (intended for organic eating) - but nevertheless a source for Carlin Peas, British grown Quinoa and a few other goodies.

A bit like Rancho Gordo in the USA who sell beans for eating, which nevertheless are very useful as garden seeds - taste before you grow  :sunny:

Thanks for that - it's a wonderful resource which I'll drool over copiously in the winter, especially now some US sites I've used in the past to source unusual tomatoes etc. no longer send to the UK.  Keep 'em coming, if you find any more.

Stop it... I still have work to do clearing up the old greenhouse site.. if I start looking now, it not being quite light yet I'll still be here at Mid-Day !!

Love the way the Belgian website describes their chilies as Mild, Hot and Insane.

Can't get decent chilies or seeds here so thanks for the link.

Just saw this, the Vertiloom site is amazing, lots of varieties new to me, just placed an order to try a few as a late sowing this year and some save for next.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

Uh oh Deb! I thought I would just pop over to the Vertiloom site for a quick peek. There goes my afternoon!!!! :toothy10:

Deb, please keep us updated regarding your order. I placed an order 20th March, they said it was shipped but it hasn't yet arrived. I wonder if Belgian post is severely delayed.
I otherwise have confidence in the company - placed an order back in 2019 and it got here fast, and the seeds were good.

Deb P

Ok will post again when I hopefully receive my order!
I'm currently on standby for compost from B&Q too, my Click & Collect order should have been ready for collection on Monday.....😳

There are severe holdups for post arriving from overseas at the moment.  Birthday card that should have arrived in very good time did not make it either.  It is not the seed company but the post.

Received an email on Friday informing me my seeds have been posted....let's see how long they take to get here eh?
