OH has made strawberry yoghurt ice cream with a lb of some of ours. Perfect for this scorching weather.

Thanks for the idea...! I've got quite a lot of alpine strawberries ready to pick..again..and I've got some of those 'Angel Delight icecream' saches that make acceptable ice cream with some added goodies
Must empty the tub in freezer so I can get container for my 'home made' icecream....
