Dotties little lottie!
«

Here is my patch, small but quite productive
The bit at the back I have recently discovered belongs to me!
OH DEAR!
I have enlisted the help of a friend to clear it under the understanding that she gets a patch when it is done!! She did ask if we could bring in heavy machinery!! ;D As it is twice the size of mine I have to clear it, think of all those extra veges!.
It is covered in brambles, most of them taller than I! and has not been used in years. What a challenge! ;D
Here is the spot we have started to clear, it goes way back to the oak tree's you can see......

Very nice. Just remember, a little at a time and do not overdo it. If it stops being fun then stop.

Hi doris, it looks like the land goes uphill. Is that right or just an optical illusion? Good luck with the clearing.

You are right! It definately goes uphill, looks like it has been a dumping ground for many a year :( but it will be beautifully level by the time I finish with it! ;D DP

The suggestion of bringing in the heavy machinery may not be so crazy hahaha. Don't forget the dynamite.

Daft as it seems since they are an early Summer flower usually, there are a couple of flowers at the moment. Shocking spreaders, by seed. Pop up all over the place.

Sorry the pink has stopped spreading for some reason. These are what we dug up today from our 'wood' in about 2m by 3m. plus a barrow load of scrap iron.

That one 5 from the left has to be a cider bottle surely Eric.
Do you think someone may have been concocting potions in your wood??????
Something made from rhubarb leaves maybe.

It surely must have been a Roman villa EJ with wonderful mosaics. I can see it now.
Mine was a Victorian clay pipe factory!!!!!!!!
Amazing how so much history can be 'deduced' from such a small amount by archaeologists?????
