Cambridge Late Pine

We used to grow these strawberries and they were the best. When we moved I decided I would buy new plants so as to clear viruses but have never managed to find plants.

Anyone know of a source?

Well, if anyone is interested to know, I've been emailing suppliers and it seems this most ancient of cultivars is in danger of being lost.

Basically several producers had simultaneous crop failures and no mother plants seem to exist commercially any longer.

So now I am just going to have to hunt down an amateur source.

What a shame it's in danger, although it's not one I've heard of, but hope you find a source.
