Has anyone else ever made WOW, or Wurzels Orange Wine................I have 5 gallons on the go, and it is going like a rocket! If it works, and tastes as good as everyone says, it will work out at about 60p a bottle  :icon_cheers:
Have blueberry, and cherry WOW started too  :drunken_smilie:

Got the recipe from here  http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10179

Not specifically this, but a lot of similar wines. Essentially the same recipe using apple juice instead of the orange juice is a staple wine in our house. It turns out a white table wine that I'd happily pay three quid for at a tenth of the that cost.  :drunken_smilie:

Gordon, that's a great recommendation, really looking forward to tasting it, started 4 more gallons yesterday one with apricot, 2 with blackcurrant and one wow. The speed of fermentation is amazing, just wish the first lot would hurry up so we can have a taste. Haven't made home brew in about 2 years, so it is quite exciting to have started again  :blob7:

Do you know how much % is there in the brew?

Gordonmull:
These juice wines are great, no mess, no straining, no horrible fruit fines after ferment. Bet blueberry's going to be awesome!

Another regular in our house is Turbo Cider. Just Lidl apple juice, nutrient and some yeast. Great if you like a dry, cloudy, still cider.

It should be about 11.5%-12%, roughly, Goodlife.
