Yeah, sorry its full fat and real cream. Took it round to visit my brother & family, so we shared it, so as not to eat too much each!

That looks excellent and very tempting.

Making cakes is good therapy. I teach English to local scientists once a week and have found that attendance is better if I make a cake to have with our coffee. I set myself a goal to make a different cake each week and this year they've had to be healthy too cos wev'e been trying t shed some kilos. The BBC Good Food site has been invaluable as it lets you search within calorie limits per serving.
