3 minute fitness

I am going to be super fit according to the BBC news. We can all be built like greek gods instead of looking like a greek restaurant.

My new regime will be look at the row to dig, weigh it up and then go like the devil and dig very fast for 3 minutes. Stop and have a smoke, do it again and stop for coffee. One more time and a sit down to have a doughnut. Then the last one for the day and use the time I  have saved for having an extra pint down the pub.  That is one whole months worth in an hour. Should have also burned a few hundred calories so I can have a pie with my pint.

Blimey I can't wait. Can't dig today but I will walk a bit faster to the pub, get there in 3 minutes instead of 5. I can still have a pie with my pint as I will do the same coming home.
