Yesterday we had a nice sunrise (woke up quite early), then rain all day, then at around seven the sun came out for half an hour.  Weather forecast said dry all day and thunderstorms in the evening - well how wrong was that.  :BangHead:

Cloudy and drizzly now, hope it will dry up.  Need better weather as there is a long list of jobs to do and the plants certainly need better weather.

Hope your daughter is better Johhnyco!

The sky last night, and then thunder and lightning.  Not sure what the weather is going to do today, but pleased I picked my strawberries yesterday.

Just finished watering the plot and down came the rain- but only a short, sharp shower, not enough to fill the butts!

I don't know how they do a 30 day forecast, when they don't know what's happening from one day to the next.    :tongue3:

Hi, Cornykev,
Observations for yesterday for your area:-
12.12 Scatt clouds 20.3C Wind NW 8.7km/hr
13.08 Scatt clouds 20.4C NW 6.1km/hr
14.27     "       "     21.3C SW 12.2
15.05     "       "     22.3C SW 8.7
18.30   Clear         22.3C  W  6.1

Apart from wind direction, I would have thought that was pretty accurate!

Went to Bosham, West Sussex yesterday to look at a caravan and got stuck in a pub on Hayling Island as the rain was torrential, but as OH driving he couldn't drink.  The sun came out whilst we were stuck on the M25 for about an hour.  I hate the M25, always get delays. Think we picked the worst day to go to the coast.
