as yesterday dry cloudy but just a little sun peeping out, a high of 4c today but still feels a lot cooler, more like 2c at the mo. not had any rain for over a week now, that's a bonus jim

Bl**dy freezinghere, went to bed in my caravan fleece pyjamas last night and was still cold, giving a severe frost here tonight so I may be putting my dressing gown on as well. Mind you, I am running a temperature so maybe that doesn't help and that wind is wicked

Ground was frozen this morning but no sign of frost on the lawn. Thick grey cloud so far today and feels cold, day to wrap up warm.

A little covering of snow. Would be 'picture postcard' if it wasn't for the grey, grey, grey skies. thermometer dipped well into the minuses too, but the moon was nice las night, glinting through the clouds.

Cold here in not so sunny Enfield. Heating full on, and cat gone to bed. Out all day yesterday walking around Watton-at-Stone with a walking group, in the sleet. Train back was cancelled so spent an hour in the pub (without a drink) sitting near a lovely log fire. 26 in the group, all but one with freedom passes, so these old people (me included) do like to get out. Good for them, notice no young people on the walk.

nice sunny day 8c....went to the allotment to day first time since November, every thing was as I left it, no vandels no thieves, will make a start late march with onion sets and potatoes and later on broadys and peas.
