My granddaughter and her partner have just moved into a house a few doors away from me. They have become the very proud owners of two 9-week old kittens from Cats Protection and today I had to go and check on them while Marie and Chez were out.
I can't get over how friendly and confident they are. I am so used to feral cats having to be 'won over' that it seems strange that these tiny kittens have no fear of anything.
The tortie girl is called Buttons and her brother is Benji.
