My Garden so far

Well it's not been the best of years so far ,
Back in April  You recall it was very warm though i would get cracking

9th   put in greenhouse   / 25 pots runner beans streamline  /32 broad beans bunyards Exhibition /2 pots of leeks/ 10 courgettes  / 2 trays of marigolds /tray of  peppers ,/4 pots cucumber  /1 tray toms AG/ /15 pots French beans /

25th  30 Sweetcorn seeds in

Got the ground on plot all ready   ran through with the tiller all nice ready to go

Then it started to rain  :-\
And Rain it did flooding my plot   

But after a long wait and everything growing in green house 
On
16th May Put in
witchill heritage variety 2 rows
5 rows of marfonas
6 rows of king Edwards
4 rows broad beans
6 rows onions

Still pretty wet but i thought well  it's time  ???

18th
Planted Runner beans French Beans and Sow some peas

21 st
  Sown  beetroots  carrots  Planted Cors 

1st June Got sweet corn planted !
 Everything in Now 

WELL  its been pretty ok in all  just started on Spuds  hen egg size  Courgettes  loads  Runner beans   about 3 carrier bags  picked in last couple of weeks onions are getting there ,Sweetcorn will take a while yet had first of Peas last week
Beetroot are slow though

In Greenhouse Toms are slow But cucumber is very good Great taste and had about 20 off one plant so far

i don't belive death is the end

So just having theses few things and i know i will carry on harvesting  more yet this year it was worth it

You veg is looking good and I'm glad that at least somebody is happy with their crops this year.

I can't say that I'm cropping lot of veg but berries have done well and I'm just boiling last of my gooseberries into chutney.. ;D..must have something to show from my efforts in the end of the year.. ::)

I know its not a normal year but if you get a few bits and bobs  its worth it just for the taste  ;)

Love the look of your cukes! Mine were put in terribly late but I do hope to eventually get some!  Just getting my cougettes and I am off on hols on Saturday :(

Guess I will have to remove the flowers or the plant will be deaded when I get back.
