I saw lots of ladybirds in the spring, but after looking for them in my garden and Lotty, I couldn't find ONE, looked under leafs and bark peeling from logs found nothing, and we are getting lots of blackflies on the dahlias its not good at all is it :(

I just realised today that I haven't seen any lady birds since early in the Spring when it was unusually hot.

I had my face stuck in the depths of raspberry canes/bushes all day yesterday & didn't see a single bee or lady bird  ???

I've seen a few, but it really is a few. So many insects just do't have a chance it weather like this.
