7 month old Hourse Maunre?

i have just been offered 10 tonnes of 7 month old maure, does anybody know if it will be useable? apparently it has been moved about alot and has got to a fair temperature and I know that it has been uncovered.

Would love your thoughts cos delivery is tomorrow ahhhhhhhhhhhh

Do you know what the horses were bedded on? If wood shavings the manure may still be a little fresh and could do with a few more months to age though the moving around will have helped.

10 tonnes is a fair pile so storage/shifting it may be a bit of an ordeal. Though it will work wonders with your soil and your plants will love you for it.

Wow 10 Tonnes!!!  How big is your allotment????  Are you sure 10 tonnes isn't too much!!!???!!!

Funnily enough you arent the first person to say that!!! im a sucker for a deal though and it would be the same price for 1 tonne or 10 so i though id go the whole hog! might make some new friends? who knows...

Hi, You are going to need a big barrow to transport 10 tonnes round lottie.
That will be a fair old heap of horse manure . But with the age of it it sounds like excellent stuff ... .Jim
