greenhouse parrafin heater

i have been running these heaters for years on parrfin but the garage who use to supply it is no longer selling it  :o, would veg oil be ok ?? have looked around the tinterweb but unable to find any info

You can buy paraffin from DIY places like Homebase and B&Q...it aint cheap.
I suspect all these old heaters are going to get redundant when paraffin prizes are just getting higher and higher every year.
Last year I bought couple of gallons from our local carage..but this year I've not bothered anymore.
I've never heard anybody using veg oil..why don't you try and report it to us... ;) ;D

Have a search on Ebay there was a company that were selling it in 25 litre drums
