Temp files
« on: February 26, 2012, 17:18:12 »
I run Win7 & need to access my 'temp' files but cannot locate the b*ggers. I haven't run 'CCleaner' so they're about somewhere. Gone are the days when you bring up Prog files on C drive & 'Temp' was there. I know the name of the file, begins with OLK4--- but 'search programmes & files' can't find it either.
Any thoughts guys?

There are two temp folders

TEMP=C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp
TMP=C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp

You will have to turn on "Show System and Hidden file" if you navigate to the folder type c:\users etc fromthe start button it should take you directly there..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!
