I'm going to Chesterfield's potato day myself..can't wait.
I noticed that in that page Chesterfield advert mention about seed swap???..but its not mentioned in their 'own' pages. Does swap take place or not..?...should I get prepared for it.. ;D ;D..not that I need anything.. :-X ::) ;D

I've gone to the Witchurch potato day for several years now and I'll be there again this year.  The bulk of the tubers are from Charlton Park in Wantage who also have their own day, and if you can't get to either Richard is always at the Newbury (Thursday and Saturday) and Hungerford (Wednesday) markets with a very big range and I've found him to be extremely knowlegable and helpful.

I'm not connected to Potato Day - only posted the link for information of all.
To me, Potato Day marks the beginning of the new growing season  :D.

I've e-mailed the guy who organises Chesterfield potato day to ask about the seed swop.
