Movember
« on: October 31, 2011, 19:48:13 »
Ok It's almost Movember - the month when badly adjusted men grow upper lip hair for charridy..
I will be going for the full Dick Strawbridge effect so sympathy for my wife may also be needed.
I'm not asking for donations as members here have already been generous enough with our own charity but, if you want to see my efforts, you can see how I get on here

Yes mate, I'm in! Are you part of a team or flying solo?

I'm still not sure what to go for - was considering the one that was fairly popular across Europe until around 1940 when it suddenly vanished for some reason... otherwise might be doing the Dick too!

Women are always being told to check their breasts for cancer.

It is drummed into us.

Rarely do I see anything encouraging men to check their testicles for lumps.

Hope all you lads reading this give yourself a regular check.

That's because you don't shop at Screwfix, which is a rather blokey sort of outlet.  There you will be faced with posters saying, "Don't be a spanner.  Check your nuts."  You can even buy a T-shirt with the same witty  ::) slogan.
