Would a dolly do?  There are loads on eBay.  This one http://bit.ly/v8e3q7 looks more like a posser, in spite of its description.

I've always called that simply a plunger.  Any hardware store should do.

Wickes do a good plunger its one you pump to build pressure it comes with a changeable end, one for the sink and one for the bog ;D

Wickes do a good plunger its one you pump to build pressure it comes with a changeable end, one for the sink and one for the bog ;D

They work really well.  But a word of warning.  Be careful using it on a double sink - hold the plug down firmly on the other side. Voice of experience.  :o :o ;D
