cheap wasp killer spray from wilkos , works a dream, about £6-00 per year

If you can leave the nest where it is, they will all die this winter and the Queen will disappear to hibernate.
They won't come back to an empty nest, and you can then remove it.  This is the easy way and won't cost you a penny.
