pansy seeds
« on: November 01, 2011, 14:41:21 »

Every year I seem to spend a fortune on Pansies for my baskets and wondered if it was possible either to save my own seeds or do you take cuttings?

If so when would I start thinking about doing it?

Have looked on ebay for seeds but can't find any , anyone know who sells them. I am not keen on thompson and Morgan as the only plants I ever ordered from them were dead!!! ;D ;D

I expect this is another intelligent question from Chas  ;D ;D xxxxx

We got lots from lidl last year, in spring, very reasonable seeds  :)
Also, we save our own, if we can get to them before they spring open  ;D
Also, our seeds from the year before had self seeded all around the parent plant so we just transplanted them where we needed to
