Water butts

Do any of you nice people in the south wales area know where we can get a supply of  blue water barrels -

Try your local bus garage or coach company or haulage company and ask if they have an adblu barrel ..
Adblu is used in most modern lorries to reduce emissions and is purified animal urine so no contamination problems from re using the barrels

We got old wheelie bins for our association from the council, 50 of them, for collecting water  :happy7:

I replaced the bath in my house about a month after I got my allotment; I just blocked up the outlet and overflow pipes and allowed it to fill up.

It makes a fine water butt!  :happy7:

I don't know which bit of South Wales you're in - but if it's towards the east - Smiths of Dean near Monmouth sell a whole range of used barrels, IBC tanks and fittings.  You can find them on Google easily
