NIGEL SLATERS NEW SERIES

Is there a cook book that applies to this new series? I have his TENDER VOLUME 1 cookbook.

no idea sorry Duke but I just love his cooking.
I don't always want to cook what he cooks but find watching him ....well wonderful
I loved his book Toast 'tho not the tv version

Most of the recipes from this series are available on the BBC Food website.  The missing ones tend to be the guest cook's recipe.

You can get these by simply recording the programme and replaying it as often as you need depending on how fast your write.

I love his shallow pestle and mortar,I've got several deep ones including a  monster (J.Oliver)one but I love his  :)

A change of chef & gadget but Nick Nairn when on ready steady cook used stainless steel sort of flat scraper. It took me a while to find it but got it from Nick Nairn's cookery school site & it was only £9. Son's in law love them too.

I did Nigels chestnut mushrooms tonight.... yughhhh !!
