There are lots more still to pick but it was too hot in the greenhouse this morning so I left them.

They are in the freezer already!

Yes, I just put them in plastic bags and freeze them.  As you know, I don't eat them myself but my husband eats them with almost everything.  He says they are fine frozen.

How do you dry yours?

I have chilis in the freezer from 2-3 years ago - doesnt stop me growing them every year though!

Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!

I string them up around the conservatory if it is nice enough, otherwise in the house.
I've had problems with mould and had enough to last me for a couple of years.
Unfortunately I seem to have developed an obsession with growing different chilli's - far more than I can ever eat.
I blame the peeps on this site ;)

Pretty in Purple is a nice neat plant, about 18" tall.

I know what you mean about growing them every year - and I don't even like eating them!
