Turnip rooted parsley

has anybody grown this wonder what the taste is like and how easy to grow

Do you mean Hamburg Parsley .......... where the roots are like parsnips and the tops used like parsley ????

must be that got the seeds free at a gardening show look like parnsips never seen them before do they taste like parsnips

Never grown them myself but I do have some seeds but left it too late to sow  :(  Will try them next year as I've read some good reviews on them, and I always like to try odd things  lol  :P

They are easy to grow, but the roots tend to be quite small and I felt were not worth the effort to grow as a veg.
