This is a lovely recipe that I think you may like, great with home made coleslaw and baked potatoes, and a cup of hot cider punch...mmm its nice and spicy and warms up them chilly evenings: ;)

1kg pork ribs

BBQ SAUCE

375 ml tomato ketchup (homemade is best)
250 ml cider vinegar
60 ml Worcestershire sauce
60 ml soy sauce
130g sugar
2 tbs dry mustard
1 tbs hot smoked paprika
1 tbs chilli flakes
1 tbs grated ginger
2 cloves garlic
3 slices lemon

Makes approx .75 litre

Pre heat oven to low

Mix all ingredients in pan and simmer for 10 minutes.

Lay ribs on large sheets (enough to double wrap ribs) of tin foil on a roasting tray.

Pour sauce over ribs and double wrap in foil.

Place in oven for 2 hours.

Take out of oven, unwrap and continue cooking for 1 hour
