Our 1st Filderkrauts

For a bit of fun we decided to have a go at growing some Filderkrauts with a view to "sauerkrauting"
the cabbages if they grew.
we cant believe how bloomin big the muthers have grown, only got 4 left from 12 that I planted
and having got a German Recipe for sauerkraut it should be fun to jar and munch on the
sauerkraut in a few months.

They're that big, he pulls them up, roots and all, hangs them upside down in the garage and cuts a meal sized chunk at a time, takes a while to eat them ;D
