We need to give the rioters allotment plots apparently.

If they worked an allotment properly they wouldn't have the time or energy to riot.

We must be getting it wrong at the moment then. This month there's been arson, theft and vandalism.....in fact it almost seems shutting the allotmants down would reduce ASB by 50%  :'( :'( :'(
