 What about a white bean from a traditional black seeded variety like Cherokee Trail of Tears..white seeds, or white beets  Blankoma , radishes Ping Pong or White Icicle, carrot White Satin,or varieties  of white asparagus or corn,or cucumber Minature White or Salt and Pepper,eggplant Tango or Clara and ,melon Honey Pearl ..just to name a few that I have.

Great White tomato is yellow by the way .

 I have quite a few white tomatoes not on your list.

Boothby's Blond isn't exactly white, so your courgettes would be fine. How far you were going to stray from dead white would be up to you.

Boothby's Blond is much closer to white then the zucchini you posted.

I do have patty pan squash in collection which is a true white squash.
