Hi

I am on several waiting lists, but wondered if anyone knows of a plot in
the Romford area.
Thanks for your time

I'm in Harold hill next to rise park golf course at Keats avenue (end of heaton ave)

Any plots they might have are overgrown with brambles and trees.
There is a waiting list but i don't think it's very long, unless you want an overgrown one, then you could probley get one straight away.

Thanks nilly71 I would be prepared to have an overgrown plot and clear it. Should I contact the council or just turn up at the the allotments to have a chat?

thanks for your time

Just turning up should be fine but the comittee members are not there very much.
I'll find a number a pm you.
There is another allotment in pretoria rd but i have never been there so do not know what it is like.

Try typing your post code in this link and it will find all the local sites. http://www.london.gov.uk/allotments/map/

As the original poster hasn't posted for over 2 years, it might help if you sent them a private message. ;)
