Brick lined path

I have a bricked lined path on my allotment, the problem is the weeds growing between the bricks are a devil to get out. I have been thinking of getting a flame gun either gas or parafine. Are they any good, I have used a blowlamp but my back plays up after a while.

I have a 1 metre long flame gum, cost me about £40, no bending required. I also used it to melt and soften ice on he driveway last winter. I plug it into a 6kG propane cylinder, lasts for ages.

I got a cheapo flame gun from Lidl last year and it's good at wat it does though I don't have too many places to use it.... A bottle lasts several hours of use at least, I'm still on my first canister....
