Orange and Plum Chutney
« on: January 29, 2005, 17:03:57 »
Just finished making this after a particularly unproductive day at the lottie. Just got rained on and caked in mud  :( Lesson learned.

But this tastes yummy, is dead easy and will be a great dipping sauce with my cheese fondue tonight.

2tbsp red wine vinegar
2tbsp light brown sugar
2 plum halves chopped up
1 orange - peeled and segmented

Chuck it all in a pan and cook gently for about 5 minutes. Job done.
Wine is constant proof that God loves us & wants us to be happy.. :-)
