I use  baking powder  about a teaspoonful in 1/2 litre water.  I use it to spray  indoor courgettes which get mildew on their leaves cucumbers and aubergines also to stop red spider mite which it is also very successful in getting rid of!

good luck

Does it work better than bicarb (as a foaming cleanser  ;))?

If so it might be worth making up with Potassium bicarb (which is supposed to be better).

I only get mildew on the actual grapes of King's Ruby (the only variety I have without much labrusca genetics), and I find propping the bunch out away from any surface (including their own leaves) helps a lot.

Cheers.
With a microholding you always get too much or bugger-all. (I'm fed up calling it an allotment garden - it just encourages the tidy-police).

The simple/complex split is more & more important: Simple fertilisers Poor, complex ones Good. Simple (old) poisons predictable, others (new) the opposite.
