We had an interesting discussion at our recent allotment committee meeting about security, following yet another spate of break ins... The usual pattern of lots of shed damage but nothing taken.
I'm very much of the view that, unless you're going to do your shed up like Fort Knox (which indicates that you really do have something worth stealing) the best approach is to leave the shed door open.
