Thought I’d share this in case anyone missed it on the news this morning. There is a website up and running called
http://www.grumbletext.co.uk/ it appears mostly to be for those (particularly children) who are subjected to mobile phone scams costing parents a fortune regarding premium rate texts, but covers complaints from any business rip-offs.
