Allotment rules

l want to put a polytunnal up at my allotment(it is called a kichen garden) anyone know of the rule of putting one up if there is any. ???

Ask the secretary. 
As a temporary structure it should not come under planning regs. but some sites have a rule against sheds or greenhouses etc. - we live near the Peak district and no sites in the peak park can have individual sheds.

Show that you intend to be considerate and not shade anyone elses plot and it will get you brownie points.

thanks for that we a better of  than your self we have sheds and some plots have greenhouses so maybe l will be lucky

Just watch out for your council rules, Wigan wants planning permission(80.00) for polytunnels
