Will PVC with a slight blue tinge have a noticable effect on growing? Am sourcing some for the roof/walls of my grow house and it is cheaper than clear.

I have grown quite a lot of things under slightly blue tinged plastic bottles (ex tesco fizzy favoured water) and they seem to grow fine, but slightly green ones are not so successful.

Some years ago I bought some corrugated plastic that had a slight blue tinge for use as cloches.
They have performed ok, no noticeable deterioration that I can see when compared with the clear ones.
