Rabbit repellant stray - homemade v commercial

I've seen a recipe for rabbit repellant 'tea' which you can make yourself and spray on plants: put 2tablespoons cayenne pepper & 2tablespoons garlic powder in a coffee filter and steep through about 1.5pints warm water. Add a bit of detergent or soap to help it stick to plants and then spray on plants targeted by rabbits.
Also seen a commercial version called Grazers (
www.grazers.co.uk
) which claims to be a mixture of 'nutrients' (no indepth ingredients list available) which you spray on plants in same way and says is safe to spray on fruit and veg.
I haven't tried either of the above and wondered if any fellow forumites had tried the above, either homemade or commercial, and had any success.

We have your Rabbits here in Australia, but there's really not a lot of things that deter them, well except for one, that being 'Blood & Bone' fertiliser.
Best of Luck, I hope you find something that works for you.

Another non-fence idea at keeping the blighters at bay - geese. Anyone know if their well-known tempers and honking nature would keep rabbits away?
Plus anymore ideas about the sprays then let me know!
