easy to use photo editor

resize, etc

my version of nero somehow decided not to offer me this option? ( after 3 yrs of doing so!?)
any good free ones out there anyone can recommend ?

you could try GIMP, though i haven't tried it under Windows. May not be suitable for your Windoze version also....

Picasa is easy to use and free - has a basic set of tools- plus free web space to host them online (so you can link them here!)

Irfanview is quite good too, you can do a whole folder in one go, resize, rename etc.
